Planning
The groundwork
We'll lay the groundwork by creating a detailed budget, matching the two of you to the vendors who suit you, building a mood board and the overall vibe of the day, drafting checklists, and providing you with an itemized guide to your whole day.
Design
Three months out
Once vendors are secured, we'll curate a formal design plan, including your color palette and textures, floral design, rental selects, lighting enhancements, and more. Three months out, we'll showcase a curated table mock-up to see your design selects in action.
Coordination
One month out
At one month out, we'll create your wedding timeline and coordinate all vendor logistics. The month of the wedding, we'll send along day-of timelines, and a remaining payment list to help streamline those final weeks.
Management
The day itself
The day is finally here. We'll be on-site for the entire event, checking in with hair and makeup, coordinating your vendor team, overseeing set-up, assisting with transportation, and managing the reception.
If you are planning with Island Ease, you will have done the first three steps yourself. We join at the final stretch, eight weeks out, to confirm every vendor and carry the day itself so you can be present for it.
