The groundwork
We'll lay the groundwork by creating a detailed budget, matching your vibe as a couple to our preferred vendors, working on a mood board and overall vibe, drafting checklists, and providing you with an itemized guide to your whole day.
Design
Three months out
Once vendors are secured, we'll curate a formal design plan, including your color palette and textures, floral design, rental selects, lighting enhancements, and more. Three months out, we'll showcase a curated table mock-up to see your design selects in action.
Coordination
One month out
At one month out, we'll create your wedding timeline and coordinate all vendor logistics. The month of the wedding, we'll send along day-of timelines, and a remaining payment list to help streamline those final weeks.
Management
The day itself
The day is finally here! We'll be on-site for the entire event, checking in with hair and makeup, coordinating your vendor team, overseeing set-up, assisting with transportation, and managing the reception.
